The products offered for sale are those presented on the bioforyou.ma website, subject to available stock. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the seller.

  • Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The order summary (products, price, delivery) is submitted for validation before payment.

5. Prices

  • Prices displayed are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes.
  • bioforyou reserves the right to modify its prices at any time (the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order).
  • Delivery fees are indicated before order validation.

6. Payment

  • Payment is made online by secure bank card or via other methods offered on the website (cash on delivery, bank transfer, etc.).
  • The order is processed after payment validation.

7. Delivery

  • Areas served: Morocco (details available at the time of ordering).
  • Average delivery times: generally 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.
  • Any delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
  • The customer must ensure the accuracy of the address provided. bioforyou accepts no liability in the event of an incorrect address.

8. Withdrawal and Returns

  • Withdrawal period: In accordance with regulations, the customer has 7 days from receipt to report a return (by email or phone).
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, at the customer’s expense.
  • Does not apply to perishable or personalized products.

9. Warranties and Claims

  • bioforyou is committed to handling any request promptly (replacement, refund, or store credit as applicable).

10. Data Protection

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Agadir.
